Blowout prevention equipment SBE model

Lease of blowout prevention equipment according to standard schemes and separately by elements. Lease period from 3 months up to 3 years, with purchase option. During operation period, the equipment is provided with the necessary RTI and spare parts.

Repair and re-certification of domestic and imported blowout prevention equipment in accordance with API RP53 standard requirements. A report and entries to the passports are made upon repair completion. Spare parts can be, as agreed, included in the cost of repairs or supplied by the Customer independently. For the period of repair, similar equipment for lease is provided.

Blowout prevention equipment is designed for oil and gas wellhead sealing in order to eliminate gas, oil and water intrusions, prevent open fountains, and perform the following operations:

• wellhead sealing with and without drill pipes;
• suspension of the drill pipe string on the preventer rams after its closing;
• reciprocation of the drill pipe string to prevent its sticking;
• flushing of fluid from the well according to the accepted technology;
• monitoring the state of the well during well kill operations;
• lowering and lifting of a part and the entire string of drill pipes with a hermetically closed wellhead.

The complete set can vary, at customer’s option. PE is produced in accordance with API 16A specifications; 16C, 16D.
