The presence of equality culture within the company creates the conditions for innovation.<\/p>\n

Specialists of the DrilLife Group HR Department have deduced the criteria that company must comply anyway, and combined them into three large groups:<\/p>\n

  1. Courageous leadership, that aims to support cultural, gender, and other diversity in the company;<\/li>\n
  2. All-inclusive action plan, that includes the involvement of women professionals and equal pay conditions;<\/li>\n
